To democratize access to personalized training plans using artificial intelligence. While a human coach can cost hundreds of dollars per month, RunningWithAI offers adaptive guidance completely free, available in 7 languages and accessible to anyone with an internet connection. We want the distance between a runner and their next personal record to be just one well-structured plan.

Our platform combines proven periodization algorithms with real data from your runs. By logging each session — or syncing automatically via Strava — the system analyzes your pace, weekly volume, rate of perceived exertion (RPE), and trends over time. Based on this data, it generates training recommendations, detects overtraining signals, and predicts your race times using the adjusted Riegel formula.

Running can be solitary, but it does not have to be. Our XP system, badges, and rankings turn every run into an achievement. There are 10 progression levels, 21 badges with different rarities, and rankings by city, country, and globally. Every kilometer counts, every unlocked badge is a celebration, and every position gained in the rankings is motivation for the next workout.

From day one, we built RunningWithAI to be truly global. The platform is available in Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian. The design is responsive and optimized for all devices — from the phone you carry on your run to the computer where you analyze your data. Strava integration lets you sync your activities automatically, without friction.

Your data is yours. We use Firebase for secure authentication and data storage, following security best practices. We never sell data to third parties and fully comply with GDPR. You can view, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Our privacy policy is clear and accessible — no fine print.
